COMING SOON! CERTIFIED CAREGIVER TRAINING The Certified Caregiver Training courses is designed for individuals who want to work in an assisted living facility as a Certified Caregiver as mandated by the Arizona Department of Health. What is the GVAHEC?


The Greater Valley Area Health Education Center or GVAHEC, is one of five health education centers across Arizona. Funded primarily through Arizona State lottery funds. AHEC's connect students to health careers, health professionals to communities, and communities to health promotion and prevention activities. LEARN MORE


Our Three Primary Goals


The GVAHEC focuses its work around three overarching goals which have been determined by the State AHEC office. To learn more about the work we are doing in our region, click on any of the links below:
